• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client showing signs of contagious illness, open wounds, infections, or other health concerns.
• Clients with diabetes: we do not perform cuticle cutting services for safety reasons.
• Spa chairs have a weight limit of 250 lb (113 kg); exceeding this may result in injury or damage.
• We offer free touch-ups within 2 days, but no refunds are given after a service is completed.
• Please notify us if you’ll be more than 15 minutes late. Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Children under 10 not receiving services must be supervised at all times.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive. Keep phone volume low or use headphones.
• All payments must be completed before leaving the salon. Non-payment will be considered theft of service.
